I keep meaning to post something about the old Sig Sautelle WQ in Homer, NY -- by Cortland -- about eight miles from here. This is a picture from the 1930's. The main house was build to look like a circus tent. The house is still standing, worse for wear, on Rt 13. It's been a diner, a lamp store, and antique shop... Every few years it comes on the market. Most of WQ is long gone, though across the creek out back, now on another property there's still a barn that was part of the WQ.
